Paying again!

I love this game and my 3 year old also likes to play it,I bought her the kids version a while back,then she went to play it today an it said they have moved the app in the App Store an I had to download the new app,so I did,an ofcourse because they moved it,it is not registering that I already paid for the kids version an want me to pay again! I am not paying again to get it,I wonder if they realize everyone is having to pay again for the extra puzzles they paid for previously,why did they have to move it? Im wondering if them even moving it is just another way for them to make more money,making people pay twice :0( not happy about this at all!
